OOP Patching

While creating a new Oracle Home with AutoUpgrade, I discovered that OCW patches delivered through a GI MRP are not currently applied, even when using the MRP and OCW patch aliases. After investigation with Oracle Support and the AutoUpgrade development team, the behavior was confirmed as a current limitation rather than a configuration issue.
